long day

it's been a long day, with scenic drives and forest on both sides. it reminded me of something. i usually don't like the woods, but after today i wouldn't mind making house in some forest and merrily practicing transcendentalism. water has a way of catching your attention, as tired or miserable as you might be, it works its magic. aaj thand bhi thi, garmi bhi thi. sometimes i want to be invisible. tappanzee bridge scares the living hell out of me but its awesome. i want a wide angle lens. now.

as many people as they were up there, it was still quiet. i've missed merry go-rounds, today i took pictures of them with long exposures. i now have pretty merry-go-round-motion-blur-sweetness in my computer. i will look at them when things are going wrong.

i am looking at them now.
right here beside me emptiness is full.

"The Highest Goodness is like water.
Water easily benefits all things without struggle.
Yet it abides in places that men hate.
Therefore it is like the Tao."

The Tao Te Ching

Just something your post made me think about.
